To Audrey's surprise, Daddy was home from work. He walked the path to greether. Once she saw him she quickly let go of Nana and Grandpa's hand and ran into Averys arms shouting "Daddy! Daddy!"

Last night I walked into Audrey's room to check up on her before I headed in for the night and this is how I found her.
I walked in a little further and this is what I saw. I couldn't resist the shot.
The evenings in the summer are a special time up here on the hill. The mood of the sky is something to see each day as the sun fades away and the evening skies appear.
Cathy and Ryan joined us for the 4th of July parade The kids enjoyed themselves considering all the activity that was around. They were troopers staying up to 11:00p.m. so us moms and dads could talk, eat and watch the fireworks. What great kids!!

Today was Anthony's 1st birthday party. Audrey spend much of her time going down the big kid slides all by herself, while breaking time to time to enjoy chips and pretzels for lunch.
