Last day of preschool

The year has come and gone. Audrey's last day of preschool was today. In celebration they had a carnival. Here Audrey is getting her arm painted. She had a flower placed on her left arm.

Audrey spent much of her time at the fishing game.

Hop scotch is a favorite, even at home.

Marti Gras

Audrey wanted everyone to wear beaded necklaces. Audrey placed one on her and Francesca.

I received a colorful necklace.

And yes, even Dakota was chosen to wear one.

Fields of dandelions

Audrey has been picking dandelions for two weeks now. Every time I go outside I see a new dandelion bouquet. She says she is making a bouquet for when she gets married.

Mother's Day

A few days ago Audrey took a field trip to the post office with her preschool class. They were asked to bring 44 cents. When I asked Audrey what the money was for she replied "a stamp". I didn't think twice about it and assumed the stamp was in her school bag. The very next day I received this envelope with a card from her inside. It was the best mother's day gift yet!
